On 11/16/24, East Jersey State Prison’s Correctional Police Sergeant (CPS) Victor Donnelly responded to an emergency code incident wherein two incarcerated persons were fighting. CPS Donnelly escorted an incarcerated person to the infirmary, where he reported that the other incarcerated person tried to rape him. CPS Donnelly failed to report or document this Prison Rape Elimination Act allegation. CPS Donnelly signed a settlement agreement for a 20-day suspension on 2/6/25.
