On 12/15/24, 12/16/24, 12/17/24, 12/20/24, 12/28/24,12/31/24, 1/4/25, and 1/7/25, New Jersey State Prison’s Senior Correctional Police Officer (SCPO) Scott Buckbee signed out, refusing his mandatory overtime shift. SCPO Buckbee was mandated to work 8 hours of overtime on those dates; however, he did not complete those mandated hours. Furthermore, SCPO Buckbee did not supply proper medical documentation to support the refusals within the allotted time frame. SCPO Buckbee signed a Last Chance settlement agreement on this matter on 4/17/25 for a 15-day suspension.
