SCPO Buckbee was mandated to work 8 hours of overtime on those dates; however, he did not complete those mandated hours. Furthermore, SCPO Buckbee did not supply proper medical documentation to support the refusals within the allotted time frame. SCPO Buckbee signed a Last Chance settlement agreement on this matter on 4/17/25 for a 15-day suspension.
