At that time, SCPO Johnson did not have sufficient leave time to cover that day and therefore; SCPO Johnson was placed on a “no-pay” status. This action is deemed to be excessive or chronic absenteeism. On 4/24/25, SCPO Johnson signed a settlement agreement for a 15-day suspension.
