SCPO Feliciano did not have sufficient leave time on that date and was therefore placed in “no-pay” status. This is deemed excessive and chronic absenteeism. On 2/14/25, SCPO Feliciano was issued a Final Notice of Disciplinary Action and suspended for a 10-day suspension.
