On 1/10/25, Garden State Youth Correctional Facility’s Senior Correctional Police Officer (SCPO) Kyle Hebrew was assigned as the Recreation SCPO. While on duty, a physical altercation occurred between two incarcerated persons which resulted in injuries to both of them. SCPO Hebrew failed to observe the incident and failed to report it once he was aware it occurred. SCPO Hebrew signed a settlement agreement on 4/7/25 for a 30-day suspension.
